"Agriresidence Debbiare" Holiday House is located in Tuscany, in the province of Pisa, about 200 m above the sea level. It is only 10 Km far from the sea and it is set in the centre of an estate of 200 hectares, between the villages of Riparbella and Castellina Marittima, at a short distance from the ”Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast”. Two old farmhouses are made into a family house, apartments (with one, two or three bedrooms), a reception, a wide swimming-pool (20 m x 8 m) with Jacuzzi (next to the children’s swimming-pool), a solarium and a comfortable parking-place.

The “Gran Pino” is the first house of the Italian group of nature's friends (GIAN or “Gruppo italiano amici della natura”) in Italy, and the place where the association has been founded. The house is surrounded by a park which is just 200 mt far from the sea. It is open throughout the year to the GIAN and Naturfreunde International associations. It offers sustainable holidays, surrounded by the Tuscan coast's biggest pine forest and simplicity. It is the ideal choice also for families. Even during the full-board period (from the beginning of May until the beginning of September) the house is partially run from the association's members who stay at the farmhouse (with shifts for the cleaning of the shared areas and their own bedrooms, etc). Self-service lunch and dinner can be enjoyed at the porch, under the pine trees. An ideal place to enjoy nature and sharing.
