La Bouganville bed & breakfast is located at the foot of Rosignano Marittimo, an ancient charming village 35 km far from Pisa, which boasts a castle from the 12th century, picturesque narrow streets and breathtaking views of the sea and the green hills.
The house belongs to our family since 1962; my husband and me renovated it completely in 2004 while maintaining the typical local country-style: the bedrooms’s high ceilings are made of mezzane bricks, beams and small beams in chestnut wood. They are all equipped with flat screen TV and electric tea Kettle.
A shared kitchen is at our guests’ disposal, as well as free WI-FI and a restaurant in immediate proximity.

La Matassina bed & breakfast has been built on the ruins of an old farmhouse which was originally (1870) an outbuilding; afterwards it was enlarged and then purchased from our grandparents in 1960. Nowadays, being the building unrestorable we have rebuilt it completely by using wood and eco friendly materials. In doing so we have made our dream come true: the bed & breakfast, which is on two floors; the load-bearing walls are entirely in wood, fixed to a ventilated bed and insulated with wood fibre for the utmost comfort.The ventilated roof prevents dampness retention from inside. Fixtures are 100% made of PVC,in order to ensure the most efficient thermic and acoustic shield. In addition to this, solar panels and photovoltaic modules provide the house with warm water and power. The b&b’s architecture preserves the style of a typical Tuscan farmhouse, with the attic’s century old fired bricks and the arcades.

La Locanda Le Giunche is situated in the district of Guardistallo, province of Pisa on the on the inland Hills on the Etruscan coast, with a micro climate which is pleasurable all year round, a slight breeze In the summer and never cold in winter.
The actual structure is built in the typical yellow stone of Casale Marittimo, brick Tuscan arches offer a family atmosphere with astone fireplace and porch that overlooks the garden. a small shop with food and wine five beautiful rooms with en suite bathroom,wrought iron four poster beds , fireplace, Air conditioning and satellite TV.
Our hallmark is to offer a family atmosphere, genuine cuisine with quality products, fresh homemade pasta made daily, meat from locally bred cattle , …all tradition and good quality meet to seduce the taste buds and please the eye.
Everything which you find at the restaurant can be purchased in our shop…….wine, salami, cheese, beer, and also primary goods such as bread, milk, yoghurt, croissants etc.
The Inn has 5 bedrooms 4 on the first floor and 1 on the ground floor with direct access to the garden.
All the rooms are elegantly furnished, en suite bathroom, air conditioned and independent central heating, flat screen TV and TV decoder, some have four poster beds and fireplace.
Access to the rooms on the first floor is possible both from the restaurant hall or directly from a private entrance, however the room on the ground floor is only accessible from the outside entrance and also suitable for the disabled.
Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible we happily accept your four legged friends.
