Our dough is made with several varieties of flour: type 2, Khorasan Kamut, whole wheat and buckwheat. We also use “diet pizza”, a special blend containing 0 type flour, inuline fibre from chicory roots, white truffle etc. This product is rich in protein and fibre, so it is particularly suitable for sporty people and those suffering from high cholesterol levels and/or diabetes.
